The world's one and only
The Bosphorus (Boğaz in Turkish) runs for 31 kilometers between Europe and Asia, connecting the Black Sea in the north to the Marmara Sea in the south. Two bridges; Boğaziçi Bridge finished in 1973 and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge in 1988, connect the two continents. You can cross the bridges by car or bus, or take a ferry between the two continents.
